The Role

You prepare financial statements that are not just for the tax office but serve as real decision-making tools for business owners. You work closely with advisors and clients and make figures speak.

Your Responsibilities

  • •Independent preparation of demanding annual financial statements and ongoing bookkeeping
  • •Development of business analyses, reporting, and key performance indicator systems
  • •Financial, liquidity, and profitability analyses as a basis for business decisions
  • •Internal accounting as well as cost and performance accounting
  • •Close collaboration with our business advisors, supporting them with your financial statement and figures expertise on significant decisions
  • •Independent projects for your clients and input into our digital processes and controlling structures

What You Bring

  • •Qualification as a certified Bilanzbuchhalter
  • •Confidence in preparing annual financial statements
  • •Experience with business analyses, reporting, and key figure analysis
  • •Strong numerical understanding and an analytical view of business contexts
  • •Confident use of common accounting software (ideally DATEV)
  • •Enjoyment of direct client contact and business-related questions
  • •Openness to digital tools and AI-assisted work, plus an independent, structured way of working
