The Role

You manage your own client accounts, from ongoing bookkeeping to preparing financial statements, and support our business advisors on significant decisions. No anonymous firm operations, no stack of routine cases. You know who you work with and see the impact of your work.

Your Responsibilities

  • •Independent management of your clients as their dedicated contact
  • •Ongoing financial accounting and account coding
  • •Payroll processing
  • •Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
  • •Business analyses and reporting as a basis for advisory work
  • •Support for our business advisors on significant decisions
  • •Contribution to business reports and planning
  • •Independent projects for your clients and involvement in our digital processes

What You Bring

  • •Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business or economics (or equivalent)
  • •Confident use of common accounting software (ideally DATEV)
  • •Careful, structured, and independent way of working
  • •Enjoyment of direct client contact and business-related questions
  • •Openness to digital tools and AI-assisted work
  • •Sense of responsibility, discretion, and team spirit
